NB! As of April 15, we have changed our return conditions! From this date we no longer offer free returns. Unfortunately, it is no longer feasible for us to keep free returns as a service with all the other services we offer. The method of return has not changed and you can still easily register your return. The costs of returning will be deducted from the amount to be credited.
For everyone who ordered before April 15, 2023, you still have the right to free returns within 30 days!
Cooling off period/Return
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order 30 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, minus return costs.
NB! Outlet items cannot be exchanged or returned!
Using your right of withdrawal?
No problem! If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Bee Cute with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, simply register your return via the self-service return system in your customer account. You will then receive the order amount due, less return costs, within 14 days after registration of your return, back in the manner in which you paid, provided that the product has already been received in good order.
If the product or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.
How to return?
With these simple steps you can easily return your purchase(s):
- Register your return by going to your customer account via the link below and using our self-service return system.
- You will receive a confirmation, approval/rejection and a shipping label with the instructions below by email within 24 hours.
- Pack your return purchase neatly (for example in the Bee Cute shipping packaging that you received it in)
- Print out the return label and stick it on the shipping packaging of your return. If this is the same shipping package that you received your purchase in, make sure to stick the return label over the shipping label. This prevents duplicate address information from appearing on the shipping package.
- Drop off your return at the specified drop-off point.
- You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when we have received your return. If your return has been received by us in good order, the order amount, less return costs, will be credited within 14 days in the manner in which you paid.
Do you accidentally have the wrong size or color and do you want to exchange an item? That's no problem at all. You can return the item in the wrong size or color by following the steps above. You can then place a new order for the item in the correct size or colour.

I have provided the wrong delivery address!
Accidentally entered the wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
You do not have to pay the costs immediately when returning your order, the return costs will be deducted from the amount to be credited.
